Immune Armor Shot

Ingredients
1 orange
1 lemon
A small piece of fresh ginger (about 2β3 cm, peeled)
A small piece of fresh turmeric (or 1/2 tsp turmeric powder)
1 tsp raw honey
A pinch of black pepper
Warm water (not boiling)
How to make it
Squeeze the orange and the lemon.
Grate the ginger and turmeric very fine (or blend them).
Mix citrus juice, ginger, turmeric, and a little warm water.
Strain if you want it smooth.
Stir in honey and a pinch of black pepper.
How to drink
Sip slowly, donβt chug.
Best in the morning on an empty stomach, or at first sign of a scratchy throat.
Optional upgrade:
