🥥🍍 Pineapple-coconut detox drink with honey & ice Ingredients (for 1 glass):

200 ml coconut water (unsweetened)

100 g fresh pineapple (or frozen pieces)

1 tsp honey (optional for ripe pineapple)

4-5 ice cubes

(optional: 1 squeeze of lemon juice for extra freshness)

🥄 Preparation:

Cut the pineapple into pieces.

Put everything together in a blender: Coconut water, pineapple, honey and ice cubes.

Blend until it is nice and cool and creamy.

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

💡 Tip: For a stronger detox effect, drink on an empty stomach in the morning
