Ingredients:
3 tbsp chia seeds
200 ml unsweetened coconut milk
½ ripe mango (blended)
A dash of lime juice
Optional: ½ tsp honey (if needed)
Instructions:
Mix chia seeds with coconut milk and stir well.
Add blended mango and lime juice, stir again.
Let sit in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
Top with fresh mango slices or coconut flakes.
