Salmon Quinoa Power Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 150 g salmon fillet (omega-3 fatty acids → great for brain, heart & hair)

  • 100 g quinoa (protein & magnesium → supports muscles & nerves)

  • 1 handful broccoli (calcium & vitamin K → strengthens bones)

  • ½ avocado (healthy fats → good for skin & brain)

  • 1 handful spinach (iron & magnesium → supports blood & nerves)

  • 1 tbsp walnuts (omega-3 & biotin → great for hair & brain)

  • Fresh lemon juice (vitamin C → boosts iron absorption & immunity)

  • 1 tsp olive oil (healthy fats & vitamin E → protects skin & cells)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.

  2. Lightly steam the broccoli to retain nutrients.

  3. Pan-fry or bake the salmon in olive oil until tender.

  4. Slice the avocado.

  5. Place the quinoa in a bowl, add spinach, broccoli, salmon, and avocado.

  6. Sprinkle with walnuts and drizzle with lemon juice.

  7. Serve warm and enjoy.
