Salmon Quinoa Power Bowl
Ingredients:
150 g salmon fillet (omega-3 fatty acids → great for brain, heart & hair)
100 g quinoa (protein & magnesium → supports muscles & nerves)
1 handful broccoli (calcium & vitamin K → strengthens bones)
½ avocado (healthy fats → good for skin & brain)
1 handful spinach (iron & magnesium → supports blood & nerves)
1 tbsp walnuts (omega-3 & biotin → great for hair & brain)
Fresh lemon juice (vitamin C → boosts iron absorption & immunity)
1 tsp olive oil (healthy fats & vitamin E → protects skin & cells)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
Lightly steam the broccoli to retain nutrients.
Pan-fry or bake the salmon in olive oil until tender.
Slice the avocado.
Place the quinoa in a bowl, add spinach, broccoli, salmon, and avocado.
Sprinkle with walnuts and drizzle with lemon juice.
Serve warm and enjoy.
