It’s completely normal to eat a little more during Christmas — we all do. Everyone loves treats like speculoos, vanilla crescents, and cinnamon rolls, and you shouldn’t have to miss out on them. That’s why I put together these lighter, healthier versions for you. They let you enjoy all the holiday flavors you adore, without the guilt or regret. Go ahead and try them — you can enjoy Christmas and still feel amazing 🎄✨

1️⃣ Healthy Protein Speculoos Cookies 🍪💪

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • ½ cup oat flour

  • ¼ cup vanilla or cinnamon whey protein

  • ¼ cup coconut sugar or erythritol

  • 1 tsp speculoos spice mix

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or light butter

  • 3 tbsp almond milk

Instructions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Add coconut oil and almond milk; knead into a dough.

  3. Roll out and cut into cookie shapes.

  4. Bake at 320°F (160°C) for 10–12 min.

Why it's healthy: higher protein, lower sugar, gluten-light.

2️⃣ Healthy Vanilla Crescent Cookies (Vanillekipferl) 🌙✨

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • ¾ cup oat flour

  • 3 tbsp light butter or coconut oil

  • ¼ cup erythritol or monk fruit

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: 1 tbsp whey protein

Instructions:

  1. Mix everything into a smooth dough.

  2. Shape into small crescents.

  3. Bake at 340°F (170°C) for 10–12 min.

  4. Dust lightly with powdered erythritol.

Why it's healthy: low sugar, nutrient-dense, buttery taste with fewer calories.

3️⃣ Healthy Cinnamon Rolls (Greek Yogurt Dough) 🌀🍯

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (0–2% fat)

  • 1 cup oat flour or whole-wheat flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Filling: cinnamon + erythritol + 1 tsp butter or coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Combine yogurt, flour, and baking powder → soft dough.

  2. Roll out and spread the cinnamon filling.

  3. Roll up and cut into slices.

  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 min.

  5. Optional glaze: Greek yogurt + vanilla + erythritol.

Why it's healthy: high protein, low fat, no yeast, low sugar.
